CAVIARUM – CROWN OSETRA

Fashioned to Represent Wild Osetra Sturgeon from the Black Sea.

This unique product as the rest alternatives to sturgeon caviars that we developed is based on unique formulated fish broths, it identically resembles the high-end Ostrea sturgeon caviar with its bright dark black color, small eggs that pop in the mouth with strong and bold fish fragrance and salty briny ocean flavor,

  • Recommended uses: Use on or beside meat, seafood and fish dishes, pastas, vegetarian and vegan dishes, sushi rolls will be perfectly upgraded to a higher level of taste and prestige with this product. Even a simple omelet served on a casual breakfast will get an amazing boost in taste and appearance when topped with a small portion of CAVIARUM – The Best Man-Made Caviar Products.
  • Perfectly Paired with almost any light wines, such as whites, Rose’s, sparkling and none sparkling, also with cocktails, beers and coolers. Any wines and spirits that are good in cocktail parties and paired well with Appetizers Hors D’oeuvres and Canapés will work well with CAVIARUM products.

CAVIARUM – ROYAL BELUGA

Fashioned to represent wild Beluga sturgeon from the Black and Caspian Sea

This great delicious alternative caviar product identically resembles the high-end rare exclusive and prestigious Beluga sturgeon caviar in its bright, medium to large size eggs (2-3 mm), its shades of light to dark jet gray glossy color and intense salty-creaminess with a hint of complex ocean fragrance and briny flavors that when ate the eggs pop up in the mouth spreading all these good flavors which makes sense of taste rampage.

  • Recommended use: Same uses can apply to our Crown Osetra product

CAVIARUM – ALBINO GOLD

Fashioned to Represent the Extremely Rare Wild Albino Beluga Sturgeon from the Caspian Sea.

This product identically resembles the extremely rare exclusive and utterly expensive Albino Beluga sturgeon caviar with its bright, glossy shades of yellow to gold color, medium to large size eggs (2-3 mm) that pop in the mouth with deep briny smoky and creamy flavor with a light salinity and ocean finish fragrance.

  • Recommended uses: Same uses as in the Crown Osetra and Royal Beluga product, with the option to additionally use on meat and fish dishes, like smoked salmon, beef carpaccio or a fish tartar, sushi and sashimi, salads and more.

CAVIARUM – OCEAN PEARLS

Fashioned to Represent Wild Scampi Prawns from the Deep Atlantic Waters.

Our Ocean Pearls alternative caviar to the rare Scampi prawn eggs harvested in eastern Australia oceans features a brilliant, glossy turquoise blue color, medium to large-sized beads
(2-3 mm). Each bite of the smooth textured eggs pops with a delightful burst of ocean fragrance and finishes with hints of umami flavors.

  • Recommended uses: Same uses as in our Crown alternative to sturgeon products, with the option to additionally use as a garnish on sashimi fish platters such as salmon, tuna, abalone, amberjack, sea bass, mackerel etc’ or on sushi and or nigiri dishes, or on fresh cold oysters or lobster meat platters, and more. Even a soft boiled egg garnished with spoonful of our Ocean Pearls product with golden potato fries on the side will make a great starter in a casual hotel or resort breakfast.

CAVIARUM – PEARL D'ESCARGOT

Fashioned to Represent the Rare Wild Escargot/Snail from the Ancient European Oak Forests.

This alternative product to Snail caviar identically resembles the high-end, rare and exclusive Wild Escargot/Snail caviar. A great delicious product featuring glossy light white to sparkling pearl white colors well-formed large egg size (2-3/4 mm) intense very light salty-creaminess with variety of flavors that brings hints of oak woods, heather and bark, wild mushrooms and white truffle with a bit complexity that when ate the egg balls pop up in the mouth spreading all these good heavenly deep flavors which make sense of taste rampage.

  • Recommended uses: Barbecued meats, steaks, burgers, beefs, mushrooms, tuna fish, and much more.

A unique innovative Plant-Based Vegan product

This plant-based VEGAN caviar is produced using formulated seaweed & mushrooms broth, giving these well-formed medium to large brilliant, glossy dark black pearls that pop up in the mouth same as real caviar but with a smooth truffle flavor that becomes nice umami with a sweet & sour hint of briny finish.
